Our prices depend on the service YOU require. We aim to offer a flexible pricing structure depending on each individual's requirements. Our range of services are listed below. You may choose not to take up the care facilities, but occupy the Apartment on a self catering only basis.

Apartment Only Self Catering
October-April £150.00 per week per person based on 2 sharing an apartment.
May -September £200.00 per week per person based on 2 sharing an apartment.
Supported Holidays on a full board basis to include all meals will incur a supplement of £110.00 per week per person.
Full or Part Time Support
All support will be charged at £10.00 per hour per person (minimum 2 hours daily) which must be agreed at time of booking.Short breaks are also available i.e. Monday to Friday or Friday to Monday (charged pro rata).
December:
We offer a special Tariff for Christmas and New Year bookings - please contact us for details and availability.
Bookings can be made on a 1, 2, 3 or 4 week duration, alternatively long term durations are welcomed at a discounted cost, please contact BSR Spain for details. A 25% deposit must accompany bookings. The balance is due six weeks before the commencement of the holiday. If you telephone to make a provisional booking we can send you a booking form with the costs and other details already completed for you to check, sign and return.
