We both have many years experience in supporting people with special needs,learning disabilities and mental health difficulties.I have been working in the post of support worker since 1999 with a leading community care provider in Scotland.I have played a leading part in helping people to move out of hospital care into their own homes and communities. Shiona is presently working with children and families,previously she worked with Aberlour Child Care Trust, supporting children with special needs,where she gained an HNC in social care. We respect social,cultural,religious and ethnic diversity and offer our service to both young and old. We are proud that our work to date has had a positive effect on the lives of the people we have supported.
